The review

Century Toronto is unapologetically extravagant. Taking over a prime stretch of King Street West, the venue blends Roaring Twenties aesthetics with modern mega-club technology: cascading crystal chandeliers, gold leaf accents, and curved velvet booths wrapping around a dynamic central dance floor.

Early hours feature an upscale cocktail lounge and refined luxury bites, from caviar-topped crispy potato crisps to hand-cut prime beef tartare. By midnight, the venue explodes into full bottle-service spectacle, sparklers, and world-class house and hip-hop DJs.

Honest notes: Century is built for celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette groups, and high-energy nights out. General admission can feel squeezed once booths are full, so booking table service is the intended way to experience the venue.

What to order

Must order

Caviar & Crispy Potato Bites

Oscietra caviar, whipped chive crème fraîche on golden potato rosti.

Must order

Prime Beef Tartare Crostini

Hand-cut tenderloin, cured egg yolk, caper emulsion and grilled sourdough.

Century Gold Reserve Martini

Botanical gin, vermouth mist, gold leaf garnish and colossal olives.

What works

  • One of the most lavishly designed nightlife interiors in Canada
  • Attentive VIP host service and theatrical bottle presentations
  • Top-tier sound and lighting production for headline DJ nights

What doesn’t

  • Heavy bottle-service orientation means general admission space is tighter
  • Strict dress code enforced at the velvet rope
  • Only open Thursday through Saturday late nights
Verdict

Dress to impress, book a booth for special celebrations, and take in the King West spectacle.
