The review
Rebel is on a scale that exists nowhere else in Toronto or Canada. Spanning 45,000 square feet on the edge of the Port Lands harbour, it is a true mega-club capable of holding several thousand partygoers under a colossal kinetic light ceiling and 65-foot performance stage.
Whether Tiësto, Deadmau5, or Drake is hosting, the sound and visual production rival clubs in Las Vegas or Ibiza. If the main EDM room feels overwhelming, you can wander into Savage (hip-hop room), the Latin room, or step out onto the outdoor terrace for an unbeatable midnight skyline panorama across the water.
Honest notes: getting there and back requires planning — taxis and rideshares jam Polson Street at 3:30am. Arrive before 11:30pm with advanced tickets to avoid long security queues.
