Tagliatelle
Rolled and cut in-house. The dish that settles any argument about the kitchen.

Rob Rossi’s College Street Italian — the grown-up option on a young street
College Street is not short of Italian restaurants, and most of them are having a good time rather than cooking carefully. Giulietta does both, but the careful part comes first.
The pasta is where the money goes and where it should. Tagliatelle rolled and cut in-house settles any question about the kitchen; ricotta gnudi barely hold together, which is exactly the point of them. A whole branzino for two is the plainest and most expensive thing you can order, and it is worth it.
Honest notes: this is a pricey pasta dinner. It is only open Tuesday to Saturday, the room is small, and it books out. Reserve two weeks ahead and go on a Tuesday.

Barely held together, which is the skill.
For two. Simple, precise, expensive.
Gnudi, then tagliatelle. Book ahead and go early in the week.
